Think Bigger: Transform How You Think About Culture, Organizations, and What’s Possible
Cultural work asks us to wear many hats: moving between strategy, finances, leadership, growth, change, and the work that brought us into the sector in the first place. Think Bigger is a six-week online professional learning experience for cultural professionals who want to examine their organizations differently, strengthen their confidence across different areas of organizational work, and understand what's possible.
6 weeks / Online / Live sessions + self-paced learning
Structured modules covering cultural organizations, funding and financial models, strategic thinking, and opportunity identification, designed for practitioners.
Cohort-wide sessions to apply frameworks, work through real challenges, and learn in conversation with peers and Holarch faculty, with direct access to instructor Dr. Simge Erdogan-O'Connor throughout. All live sessions are recorded.
Course Snapshot
Think Bigger looks beyond individual challenges to the structures, assumptions, resources, and relationships that shape how organizations work.
Across six weeks, we'll explore organizational thinking, strategy, leadership, finances, audiences and communities, resources, partnerships, growth, and change.
What We'll Explore
Live Sessions - Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00PM EDT
The full cohort comes together to work through new material, apply frameworks, and learn in conversation with peers and Holarch faculty, with direct access to Simge throughout.
Hot Seats - Thursdays, 6:30-7:30PM EDT
Smaller, applied sessions where participants bring real challenges from their own organizations to work through together, testing what they're learning against their actual work.
